Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the United States, the EU, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and a few more countries. Every product page shows where that piece can be delivered, the cost and an estimated delivery date for your country, so you know before you pay.
What it costs
- United States: $6.95, free on orders of $85 or more.
- Europe (EU, UK, Albania): $8.95, free on orders of $99 or more.
- Canada, Australia and New Zealand: $7.95, free on orders of $99 or more.
- Other countries we ship to: $14.95, free on orders of $149 or more.
Accessories, bags, jewelry and some clothing ship within the United States only; their product page says so.
How long it takes
- Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days.
- United States: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch from our US warehouse, 5 to 10 from our overseas partner warehouse.
- United Kingdom: 4 to 14 business days.
- France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands: about 8 to 14 business days. Other EU countries: about 9 to 20.
- Canada, Australia and New Zealand: about 8 to 16 business days.
Duties and taxes outside the US
Import VAT, GST and duties are not included in our prices unless checkout shows them. Your country may collect them on delivery.
If your order mixes warehouses
Pieces can arrive in separate packages on different days. You pay shipping once per order.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. No shipping email within 5 business days? Write to veloura.trade@gmail.com with your order number.
Lost or late
If tracking stops moving or your parcel is past its estimate, email us your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
