How long does delivery take?

Five of the six pieces ship from a U.S. warehouse and arrive in 4 to 7 days. The Interactive Cat Toy ships from overseas: 8 to 14 days. Each product page shows its own window.

Why are there only six products?

Because six is what we could stand behind. Every piece has to earn its line or it is not here. We would rather add nothing than add filler.

What if it is not for me?

Return it within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging, and we refund it. Email us for a label.

Do the devices do what other brands claim?

We do not make those claims. Every product page has a section called What we won't say, where we write down what the piece does not do. Read it before you buy.

Is this a subscription?

No. You buy it once and it is yours.
