Where do you ship?

The United States, the EU, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and a few more countries. Some accessories ship within the US only; the product page says so. Details on our Shipping & Delivery page.

How much is shipping?

US: $6.95, free over $85. Europe and the UK: $8.95, free over $99. Canada, Australia and New Zealand: $7.95, free over $99. The product page shows the cost for your country in your currency.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the piece and your country. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date for where you are. In the US, most pieces arrive 2 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Will I pay customs or import tax?

Outside the US, your country may charge import VAT, GST or duties on delivery. They are not included in our prices unless checkout shows them.

Why did my order arrive in two packages?

Pieces can ship from different warehouses. You still pay shipping only once.

How do I find my size?

Every clothing page has a size chart in inches and centimetres. Our Size Guide shows how to measure.

Can I return something?

It depends on the piece and where you live; the product page shows the exact terms. Most clothing: 7 days in the US. US accessories marked "Free returns": 30 days with a prepaid label. EU and UK: 14 days to cancel. Full conditions on our Returns page.

Can I exchange for another size?

We do not do exchanges. Return the piece and place a new order for the size you want.

Who is behind FELOROSE?

FELOROSE is operated by Veloura Trade LLC, a US company. A person answers email within one business day, Monday to Friday: veloura.trade@gmail.com.
