These Terms of Service govern your use of felorose.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make from FELOROSE, operated by Veloura Trade LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Products and pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Each product page lists the fabric, care instructions and the measurements given for that piece. Colors can look different between screens, and measurements can vary slightly between individual pieces. Prices are set in U.S. dollars and may be shown and charged in your local currency at the exchange rate shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time; the price charged is the price shown when you complete checkout. Outside the United States, import taxes and duties may apply as described in our Shipping Policy. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory). Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout at the time of order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Shipping windows and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or to copy, resell, or scrape its content without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, graphics, and the FELOROSE name and logo — is owned by Veloura Trade LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veloura Trade LLC disclaims all warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law, and our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of your country.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "Last updated" date.
