Where we ship FELOROSE ships to the United States, all 27 EU countries, the United Kingdom, Albania, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan and Brazil. Accessories, bags, jewelry and some clothing ship within the United States only; their product page says so, and checkout will not offer them to other countries.

What it costs

  • United States: $6.95, free on orders of $85 or more.
  • Europe (EU, UK, Albania): $8.95, free on orders of $99 or more.
  • Canada, Australia and New Zealand: $7.95, free on orders of $99 or more.
  • Other countries listed above: $14.95, free on orders of $149 or more.

Prices and thresholds are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency at checkout.

How long it takes

  • Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days.
  • United States: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch for pieces that ship from the US, 5 to 10 for pieces that ship from our overseas partner warehouse.
  • United Kingdom: 4 to 14 business days after dispatch.
  • France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands: about 8 to 14 business days.
  • Other EU countries: about 9 to 20 business days, depending on the country.
  • Canada, Australia and New Zealand: about 8 to 16 business days.
  • Other countries: about 7 to 29 business days, depending on the country.

Each product page shows an estimated delivery date for your country. These are estimates from our shipping partners, not guarantees; customs checks can add time.

Mixed orders Pieces can ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages on different days. You pay shipping once per order.

Tracking You get a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. If you have not had a shipping email within 5 business days of ordering, email veloura.trade@gmail.com with your order number.

Taxes, duties and customs US sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout. For orders outside the United States, import VAT, GST, duties and any customs handling fees are not included in our prices unless checkout shows them. They are set by your country and may be collected by the carrier on delivery. If you refuse a parcel because of these charges, we cannot refund the original shipping cost, and the return cost may be deducted from your refund.
