Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are set in US dollars and may be shown and charged in your local currency at the rate shown at checkout. Taxes and duties are not included unless stated at checkout. If we find an obvious error in a price or product detail, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel.

Products

Every product page lists the fabric, care instructions and measurements given for that piece. Colors can look different between screens. Measurements are approximate and can vary slightly between individual pieces.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, shown on each product page and on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Return terms depend on the piece and your country and are shown on each product page. See our Returns page for the full conditions.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under it. Do not use this store unlawfully or attempt to interfere with it.

The text and design on this store belong to Veloura Trade LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. If you are a consumer outside the United States, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of your country.
